About the webinar:
Many businesses believe the potential for a disaster will occur within a year; yet most businesses believ a crisis communication plan is a luxury they cannot afford. Incidents happen to people and organizations, but how you respond before, during, and after the crisis can enhance your reputation and often save your organization or with one misguided statement, although well intended, can ruin your hard earned reputation. We will explore tips, tricks, and traps of having a two-way street of communications between your organization and the community you serve.
